    160950H, YD101619. On S & C, 2/B/1-11 visually spotted a TM-46 which was blown in place. No recent area activity.

 
     
 

    161630H, YD115719. A/1-77. M88 took 2 RPG rounds and burned. Unit engaged with organic weapons and Arty. A/1-61 secured vehicle.

    170740H, YD123713. B/1-61 visually spotted 2 TM-41s which were destroyed in place. 1 non-metallic mine was discovered 100 meters North and was blown in place.

 
     
 

    170920H, Golf Sector, QTCB. Guard visually spotted a TM-41 mine behind T-12. EOD blew it in place.

 
     
 

    171500H, YD303482. B/3-5 saw and engaged with organic weapons 1 enemy who fled. At 1515H they took AK-47 fire from 2 enemy, engaged them and continued the area sweep - - 1 US WIA.

    190755H, YD147725. 1/B/1-11 found 500 pound bomb which EOD blew in place.

 
     
 

    190930H, YD105494. C/1-77. M48A3 hit TM-41 blowing off 2 roadwheels - - negative casualties. Area not swept prior to incident. No recent area activity.

 
     
 

    192010H, YD125613. A/1-77 engaged 3-5 NVA who fired 3 RPGs from 100 meters Southwest - - negative casualties or damage. Enemy was engaged with organic weapons, main tank guns and Arty, an area sweep producing 1 NVA WIA (POW), 1 RPG round, booster, plastic cover and carrying bag,  3 Chicom grenades, various documents and letters which were evacuated to Bde S-2.
